Real Estate Title Business Development & Sales Specialist
Job Description
Onsite, sales driven role in Bucks County, PA focused on expanding the title and settlement business by building relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, lenders, attorneys, and investors
- Drive new title and settlement orders through consistent outreach and networking
- Represent the company at real estate events, open houses, office meetings, and industry functions
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Provide responsive service throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal title and closing teams
- Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth closings
- Educate clients on title insurance, closing processes, and best practices
- Share market insights, tools, and resources to help clients grow their business
- Host training sessions, lunch and learns, or webinars for agents and partners
- Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure client satisfaction
- Track pipeline, orders, and sales activities in CRM
- Provide feedback to improve operations and the client experience
Requirements
- 2+ years in real estate, title, mortgage, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong local real estate network (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Compensation Structure (TYPICAL)

Compensation
- Base Salary: 40K USD
- Commission on self generated files closed: 15%
- Revenue-based bonus program
Pay
- USD 40,000 - 55,000 per year
