The Regional Sales Director leads a remote sales territory with expertise in electrical products, services, and market dynamics. You will apply broad commercial judgment and data driven insights to shape strategy, boost performance, and influence cross functional initiatives. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy, solving complex problems and contributing to long term regional planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional sales effort by overseeing forecasting, territory planning, and strategic execution across multiple customer segments.
- Direct field leaders to implement territory management plans, account strategies, and customer engagement initiatives that drive strong sales results.
- Develop strategies to grow revenue, improve customer retention, and expand market share through data informed initiatives and prioritization of strategic accounts.
- Establish systems to monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends, enabling proactive adjustments to optimize results.
- Create integrated go to market plans with marketing, operations, and product management to align regional efforts.
- Advise senior leadership and cross functional teams on customer behaviors, economic factors, and competitive intelligence shaping sales strategy.
- Coordinate with distributors, key clients, and strategic partners to strengthen regional relationships and uncover new growth channels.
- Provide guidance to sales managers and account executives on opportunity management, negotiation techniques, and lifecycle strategies.
- Collaborate with regional sales agents to share insights on performance, strategic thinking, and leadership, supporting their development and regional capability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-11 years of relevant experience
