Job Description

Based in Macon, GA, Brunner and Lay is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southeast territory. This on-site role focuses on cultivating partnerships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and driving growth across Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina, with up to 75% travel and a company-provided truck to facilitate field engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities within the Southeast region.
  • Educate customers and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and durable partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, maintain accurate customer records, and generate sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to align regional efforts with corporate strategy.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to expand industry connections and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably in mining, demolition, or construction sectors.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and employ a consultative selling approach grounded in trust.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent time management skills to efficiently cover a broad territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for organized customer interactions.
  • Residence within the territory and a valid driver’s license.
