Job Description

Grow orthopedic HME market presence with Heraeus Medical LLC while working remotely and covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and D.C. This full-time Regional Sales Manager role combines customer-facing leadership with territory planning, data-driven strategy, and support for patient care and clinical outcomes. You will lead growth across hospitals, health systems, surgeons, physician practices, clinics, and 1099 agents, backed by a compensation range of USD 80,000 - 200,000 per year.

What you’ll be doing

  • Increase market share for HME products in the assigned geography and achieve or exceed sales quota.
  • Build relationships with clinical, technical, and economic decision makers across the territory.
  • Cold call and visit prospects in person, set appointments with hospital staff and administrators, and manage leads and customers within the territory.
  • Keep CRM software updated with accurate information, educate medical staff on device benefits, and provide product demonstrations and ongoing support.
  • Ensure smooth ordering across new and existing accounts, and maximize account penetration by selling the full product portfolio.
  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to support strategy planning and execution.
  • Champion the regional sales strategy by developing and executing a territory business plan.
  • Support, train, develop, and manage internal and external sales reps and 1099 agents, overseeing and managing multiple territories.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Biology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required.
  • 5 years medical device sales (Required).
  • 3 years 1099 management (Required).
  • Orthopedic sales: 5 years (Preferred).
  • Experience managing direct reports and external sales agents preferred.
  • Strong sales background with a demonstrated performance record, ability to learn the medical device product platform, and strong independent sales management skills.
  • Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry required.
  • The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
