Job Description

Veros Credit, LLC is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a field-based role based in McAllen, TX. In this position, you will work to strengthen auto dealership partnerships and promote Veros Credit’s financing solutions throughout an assigned region, with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction. The job includes meaningful travel and frequent collaboration with dealer stakeholders to support growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with auto dealerships across your territory.
  • Present Veros Credit’s financing solutions to dealer partners to help improve dealership sales and support quota attainment.
  • Develop and roll out sales and marketing strategies designed to meet regional goals and assist dealers in financing customers.
  • Generate leads, establish new dealership relationships, and educate partners on Veros Credit offerings.
  • Travel extensively within your assigned region, representing Veros Credit while staying current on industry trends.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in auto lending or automotive sales; subprime experience is a plus.
  • A proven background in outside sales and pipeline management.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • The ability to operate independently while also performing in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation and organization to manage multiple sales locations effectively.

Compensation

USD 110,000 - 150,000 per year
