The company operates primarily in a business-to-business environment, working with independent dealers and contractors to sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant and Payne products.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience driving business growth and revenue development within HVAC or a related industry, with emphasis on strategic sales and relationship management
- High School Diploma or GED required; AA or AS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales programs aimed at increasing revenue within residential add-on replacement HVAC accounts, using independent market analysis to guide decisions
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships via virtual channels to expand sales opportunities and deepen partnerships
- Spot and progress high-value opportunities within existing accounts through analytical assessment and autonomous decisions
- Foster growth by collaborating across functions and launching initiatives that improve the customer experience and deliver sales outcomes
- Use CRM analytics to assess client performance and apply data-driven tactics to grow the portfolio
- Partner with regional leaders and internal teams such as marketing, credit, and operations to analyze trends and insights, forming strategic recommendations for revenue optimization
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies with independent judgment to reach growth objectives
- Lead customer engagement approaches to sustain revenue growth and maximize retention through strategic relationship management
