Job Description
Classet is seeking an Inside Sales and Lead Generation specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects, supporting revenue growth while building strong customer relationships. This onsite role is based in Jacksonville, IL, with an annual salary range of USD 31,200 to 41,600. HVAC or plumbing sales experience is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required.
Role Overview
In this inside sales position, you will focus on generating qualified leads, maintaining client communications, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue. The role emphasizes independence as well as teamwork and requires familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Experience in HVAC or plumbing sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and other outreach channels
- Cultivate and sustain customer relationships with clear, effective communication
- Collaborate with the sales team while also working independently to contribute to revenue growth
- Track leads and sales activity using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Apply HVAC or plumbing sales experience to address customer needs
