Salary

$40,000 – $45,000 and $15,000 – $25,000

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, maintaining resilience in high-volume outreach
  • Identify decision makers and engage them with consultative questions to uncover business needs
  • Own your pipeline and daily activities, consistently tracking progress and outcomes
  • Keep CRM data precise and up to date, managing prospect information with accountability
  • Iterate outreach strategies by applying feedback and coaching insights
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth, professional handoffs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or business experience
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to build a career in sales
  • Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and the ability to stay focused in a results-driven environment
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident presence
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and take ownership of outcomes
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in real-time conversations
