Job Description
The Sales Development Representative will lead the creation and refinement of an outbound program for QMS and ERP solutions aimed at regulated industries, with clear ownership of pipeline generation and potential revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine a strategic outbound program focused on QMS and ERP offerings for regulated sectors.
- Utilize FDA public databases, ZoomInfo intent signals, and QT9's 1,200+ customer base to identify and engage the right prospects at optimal moments.
- Report to the Sales Enablement Manager with direct visibility to the Chief Revenue Officer to influence program strategy and evolution.
- Measure success by the quality of the qualified pipeline and revenue contribution, not by call volume.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting; SaaS, manufacturing tech, or regulated industries background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to research and personalize outreach at account and contact levels, not template-dependent
- Strong written communication that is crisp, specific, and free of jargon or lengthy cold emails
- CRM discipline with a track record of maintaining clean, complete records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Comfortable managing a structured multi-touch cadence independently

Location
Onsite in Aurora, IL. All QT9 roles transition to Batavia upon completion of the new facility, targeted for late 2026.
Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000β$65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
- On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000β$85,000
Experience / Plus
- QMS, ERP, or quality and operations software categories
- Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Background in FDA-regulated industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or food & beverage
- Experience monitoring regulatory databases or using compliance signals as prospecting triggers
