Job Description

The Sales Development Representative role at Execo Group Inc. partners with Account Executives to penetrate target enterprise accounts, building a high-value pipeline through AI-enhanced technology and multi-channel outreach. This on-site position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a strategic enterprise hunting territory across the United States, identifying key accounts, navigating complex organizational charts, engaging senior decision-makers, and executing sophisticated multi-channel outreach campaigns that prompt responses.
  • Develop an AI-powered sales playbook by blending proven sales instincts with AI-driven insights to establish new best practices, using technology to enrich outreach and transform prospecting into qualified, high-value meetings.
  • Fuel the revenue engine by building a robust, predictable pipeline of enterprise opportunities; every booked appointment represents the first step in a complex, high-stakes sales cycle that drives company growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR or similar experience.
