Job Description

Aston Technologies seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to help grow a national client base from its Saint Louis Park headquarters. This onsite role focuses on opening new relationships, building a healthy pipeline, and aligning talent solutions with client needs through proactive outreach and discovery conversations. You will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to convert early interactions into qualified opportunities and contribute to a scalable sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Scout and develop new national client opportunities
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and partner networks
  • Arrange meetings with hiring leaders, IT leaders, and other decision makers
  • Lead discovery conversations to capture hiring needs, project scope, and timelines
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor talent solutions to client requirements
  • Keep CRM activity, pipeline notes, and forecast data up to date
  • Build relationships with partners, integrators, and channel contacts

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of success in business development, outside sales, account management, or customer facing sales roles
  • Motivated, ambitious, and focused on building a long term sales career through performance
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating opportunities from scratch
  • Strong communication skills with confidence talking to business leaders and decision makers
  • Organized, coachable, and capable of managing daily activity independently
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to grow earnings through results
  • Consistent CRM discipline, diligent follow up, and accountability to goals

  • Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 with uncapped commission
