You will join a collaborative, service-oriented culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and works with Home Office and local leadership to shape marketing and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families through the sales and move-in journey.
  • Build trusting relationships through active listening, empathy, timely responsiveness, and personalized communication.
  • Understand each prospect's story, preferences, interests, and care needs to tailor the approach.
  • Guide families through the decision process with professionalism, compassion, and transparency.

  • Lead tours that highlight lifestyle, relationships, engagement, and whole-person living.
  • Conduct home visits and personalized outreach when appropriate.
  • Follow up consistently to support informed and confident decisions.
  • Support resident and family satisfaction initiatives that contribute to retention and occupancy goals.
  • Meet and exceed occupancy targets, sales goals, and census objectives.
  • Maintain an organized, proactive sales pipeline with ongoing follow-up and relationship management.
  • Allocate the majority of time to revenue-generating activities including follow-up calls, community visits and tours, home visits, professional outreach, events, and relationship-building.
  • Develop creative, individualized follow-up strategies aligned with prospect needs.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques that emphasize understanding needs rather than simply filling spaces.
  • Maintain urgency while respecting each family’s decision-making timeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, faith communities, and other referral sources.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Peaceful Pines in the local community and at events and partnerships.
  • Represent Peaceful Pines at community events, health fairs, expos, educational programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Home Office and community leadership to develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Support the implementation of approved sales and marketing plans.
  • Plan, promote, and participate in events that showcase the community and its culture.
  • Promote the community’s mission, values, lifestyle, and services in all interactions.
  • Share resident success stories and community experiences in a way that aligns with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with nursing leadership on assessments, physician orders, and move-in planning.
  • Assist prospective residents and families with admission documentation and paperwork.
  • Ensure all required information is entered into CRM and EHR databases and maintain move-in readiness across departments.
  • Promote a sales-minded culture focused on service, hospitality, and resident experience.
  • Provide sales-related coaching and training for community team members, including inquiry management, telephone skills, tours, customer service, and referral relationship building.
  • Encourage all team members to recognize their role in supporting occupancy and resident satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment built on accountability and shared success.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tracking systems to document inquiries, tours, referrals, outreach activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reporting; monitor metrics and pipeline activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage tools and systems provided by the Home Office to maximize effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Analyze referral patterns, conversion rates, and occupancy trends to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain accountability for established sales goals and performance expectations.
