Sales Director

Revelle of Bucks County is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales efforts for the residence in Warminster, PA. In this onsite role, you will manage sales and marketing programs, support community engagement, and help drive occupancy goals through outreach, tours, and consistent follow-up.

You will play a central part in building awareness for the residence, coordinating lead activities, and maintaining clear communication with residents and staff while adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain outreach programs that strengthen community awareness of the residence with referral sources and community organizations
• Create and execute lead events according to the approved event schedule
• Conduct initial and follow-up contact and provide residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
• Maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document all sales activity
• Support additional needs as required, including serving as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
• Communicate effectively with both residents and staff
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Experience and Education

• Required: 1 year of prior experience in sales
• Preferred: a college degree in business, management, or operations
