Sales Director

The Sales Director role supports Woodbridge Place in driving top line revenue for the community through occupancy and rate performance. The position combines direct sales, business development, and leadership over marketing and lead generation efforts to meet established targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own direct selling, business development, and performance against quotas and ratios.
• Maintain an accurate, current YARDI database.
• Support development of the annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors, services offered, rates, and competitive analysis.
• Plan resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.

Revenue and Target Focus

Drive performance toward budgeted occupancy, average daily census, and rate per unit revenue targets to maintain and exceed community goals. The role includes meeting revenue expectations through both sales execution and ongoing market development.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and liability insurance to use a personal vehicle for business development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or a related field.
• Proven success in occupancy and business development outcomes.
• Sales management experience: 1 year (required).
