Sales Manager

LeafGuard is hiring a Sales Manager for an onsite role in the Mobile, AL area to lead the sales team and support branch execution under a Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports to support operational efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effective resource management
• Own P&L responsibilities, including monthly review and budgeting
• Learn and execute LeafGuard’s sales training framework to develop and train the sales team
• Provide field support to the sales team, including help with closing procedures and responding to questions
• Compare monthly warehouse stock status against company system inventory
• Review, analyze, and evaluate performance on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Maintain a safety-first culture where staff strictly follow company operating standards
• Partner with the Production Manager to ensure installation and service commitments are met on time
• Set and uphold outstanding customer service practices, driving continual customer service excellence
• Build a winning team mindset and promote a “do it now” culture focused on integrity, respect, and customer-first reporting

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple teams
• 5 years of sales or sales training experience
• 3 years of Home Improvement experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Problem solver with a proactive approach to improving services
• P&L experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data (strongly preferred)

Location & Compensation

• Location: Mobile, AL (onsite)
• Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year
• Experience level: 5+ years
