Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at MORGAN AUTO GROUP will join the Arrigo Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram team in Fort Pierce, FL (onsite) to lead daily sales execution and strengthen the customer and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and reduce disconnects in the sales process
• Build customer rapport to grow a referral base and expand the customer network
• Train and support sales staff and assist with closing sales
• Desk deals for sales professionals
• Take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Use excellent phone skills to support sales activity
• Manage other sales department activities
• Work with wholesalers to purchase vehicles for inventory from auction, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources
• Complete trade appraisals
