Sales Manager: Urology & Otolaryngology

The Sales Manager for the Urology & Otolaryngology (UNO) team supports the assigned division in setting and achieving team goals. Based in Salt Lake City, UT, this onsite role focuses on leading a sales team through training, performance management, and day-to-day operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and support a productive sales team
• Review team performance metrics and performance against goals
• Provide daily and weekly updates on team performance to the Manager
• Assist in developing consultants’ skill sets
• Conduct individual performance appraisals and take appropriate action based on progress and results
• Improve management capability by attending continuing education programs or seminars
• Review team’s new job orders and oversee daily activities and accomplishments
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other managers
• Approve and coordinate vacations and time off
• Monitor assignment gross margins to support budget expectations
• Identify, document, and resolve team challenges
• Provide team desk coverage as needed
• Complete the internal LEAD program

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to accurately manipulate information using a large-scale database system
• Professional level written and oral communication skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Experience providing customer service
• Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of information
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Well-developed administrative skills
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Compensation

USD 72,000 - 192,000 per year.
