Sales Manager

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a Territory Manager team within a designated sales territory in Portland, ME. This role focuses on building pipeline, promoting Green Guard First Aid products, and driving consistent performance against monthly and yearly revenue goals. You will also deliver CPR/First Aid and AED training as part of the customer support and education experience.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products within an assigned sales territory.
• Use internal referrals and external lead-generation strategies to identify potential customers.
• Supervise and oversee the activities of Territory Managers in the assigned region.
• Help ensure the team stays focused and motivated to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to pursue team selling opportunities.
• Apply the strengths of both product lines to improve sales prospects.
• Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
• Share knowledge with clients by providing training and ongoing support.
• Work to meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue contribution goals.
• Maintain consistent performance that supports the company’s financial success.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid non-commercial driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• If using a personal vehicle for business, must meet minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst standards.
• Experience in business-to-business selling or account management required.
• Strong business understanding and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
