Senior Garage Door Service Sales Manager

Supreme Garage Door, LLC is hiring a Senior Garage Door Service Sales Manager in Carrollton, TX for an onsite, full-time role that combines service leadership with hands-on sales coaching. This position focuses on raising field performance, strengthening customer experience, and providing the real-time guidance technicians need to consistently close and deliver at a high standard.

Role Overview

You will split your time between the field and some admin work, partnering with technicians through ride-alongs, coaching in real time, and support during escalated service situations. The Senior Garage Door Service Sales Manager is expected to lead by example on diagnoses, quoting, closing, and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop technicians in real time while working in the field
• Ride along with technicians to build strong relationships and help them level up
• Handle and resolve the toughest or most escalated service calls
• Demonstrate effective sales execution through quoting and closing skills
• Set clear standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service
• Help turn strong technicians into great ones through ongoing feedback and training

Requirements

• Previous garage door management or service sales manager experience required
• Proven success in garage door service and sales
• Sharp diagnostic skills and the confidence to fix what others cannot
• Natural leadership presence, with the ability to inspire technicians
• Drive to keep learning and a willingness to teach what you know
• Ability to split time between field work and some administrative tasks
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required screenings
• Ability to lift 80 to 100 lbs and handle physical field work
