Job Description

The Specialist, Sales Development (Hybrid) position is based in Greenville, SC (hybrid) with Concentrix, offering an hourly USD 14 - 18 and requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and technically assess client requirements to guide solutions.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and obstacles that impede satisfaction or product usage.
  • Navigate competitive pressures, handle objections, and work to retain existing customers or win new ones.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound outreach via phone and email each day.
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure a professional experience for customers and prospects.
  • Keep the CRM up to date to capture all relevant data.
  • Participate in sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, voicing the customer perspective, and contract renewals.
  • Report to and coordinate with a Sales Manager as part of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Experience learning new technologies and data systems.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Ability or willingness to work from home.
  • Comfort with fast-paced multi-tasking and adaptability.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
