Job Description
Senior Business Development Manager at Amazon.com Services LLC, based in Atlanta, onsite, responsible for owning the end-to-end AFP partner recruitment pipeline and expanding the Amazon Freight Partner network.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term strategy for AFP recruitment
- Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close new partnerships, as well as renewals with partner organizations
- Assess capacity needs and the candidate pipeline to identify high-quality AFP candidates
- Advance engagement, education, and support for AFP candidates, including nurturing bench talent
- Improve the candidate experience through root-cause analysis and the establishment of best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, professional associations, and corporate partners to source AFP candidates
- Represent the AFP program at events to inform prospective candidates about opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements and lead cross-functional groups to close deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 4+ years delivering cross-functional projects, or an MBA with 4+ years of cross-functional experience across multiple teams

Compensation
- Salary range: USD 129,300 - 194,400 per year
