Job overview

Based onsite in San Francisco, CA, the Territory Sales Manager will drive the launch, adoption, and growth of Acrotech Biopharma dermatology products. The role emphasizes promoting HCP prescribing for appropriate on‑label patients and establishing a Medical Dermatology sales presence across the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Engage dermatology practices with in person visits to raise product awareness, adoption, and proper use, delivering clear, clinically sound brand messaging to generate sustained demand across the territory
  • Meet quarterly Rx volume growth and overall volume targets
  • Hit or surpass field execution metrics such as calls per day, percent of calls to HCP targets, HCP target reach percent, and HCP target frequency percent
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to broaden HCP prescribing for suitable patients
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align growth strategies, anticipate customer needs, identify market opportunities, and implement coordinated plans
  • Build and demonstrate expertise in product, disease state, and market access to support appropriate use and customer confidence
  • Plan and run territory and national promotional programs to drive portfolio growth, engagement, and adoption
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through comprehensive account management, including marketing support, access, reimbursement navigation, and accurate on label medical inquiries
  • Represent the company professionally, compliantly, and ethically at all times
  • Adhere to Acrotech compliance guidelines and all applicable policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Compensation

Salary range from USD 140,000 to USD 180,000 per year.

Physical requirements

  • Sales position requiring a combination of office work and field travel
  • Work in a temperature controlled environment; regular travel by vehicle or other means
  • Occasional handling, talking, hearing, and walking during duties
  • Some travel for business purposes; use of computer, phone, copier and other office equipment
  • Visual requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception; sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds

Category III: tasks involve no exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
