Job Description

Belmont Equipment and Technologies, a pioneer in non-traditional machining technologies, is expanding its outside sales footprint in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The Territory Sales Manager will craft sales plans, expand existing accounts, and deliver technically focused demonstrations to customers, with compensation in the range of USD 65,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Prospect, target, qualify, position, and close direct sales opportunities
  • Open new accounts and deepen relationships within existing accounts
  • Capitalize on leads generated through marketing activities and networking with customers
  • Demonstrate products and coordinate with sales support engineers to present technical applications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing sales and/or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively develop and present solutions
  • Ability to build relationships with key business, engineering, and manufacturing executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • A proven track record of consistent quota attainment or over-achievement
