Responsibilities

• Attend networking events and business functions to raise brand awareness
• Build and nurture referral partnerships to expand client opportunities
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with potential partners and clients
• Identify sponsorships and community involvement opportunities to boost visibility
• Generate qualified introductions and referrals for accounting services
• Represent Pretty Books Accounting professionally within the Phoenix market
• Collaborate with leadership on business development, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax, finance, banking, consulting, or another professional services field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing referral partnerships and professional networks
• Active involvement in the Phoenix business community
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Compensation

• Independent contractor arrangement under a 1099 structure
• Base monthly compensation for market development activities
• Commission program for new clients you introduce that become Pretty Books clients
• Pay rate: 35.00 to 50.00 USD per hour
