Job Description

ADP is shaping the growth trajectory of cloud-based HR solutions within enterprise accounts. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA focuses on expanding market share among large prospects (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory, combining independent execution with collaborative cross-functional support and offering substantial earning potential.

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite) • Salary: USD 68,400 - 148,100 per year

What you'll do

  • Grow our business within assigned accounts by working both independently and with various internal teams to reach or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals.
  • Develop an annual business plan with sales and activity targets, assemble Account Plan documents for prospective clients, and maintain a current prospective business report detailing opportunities and activities needed to close clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients through multiple channels, including direct mailings and client seminars, and use sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies while tracking competitive prospects to grow market share.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, collaborating with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint opportunities and relationships while upholding high ethical standards.

To succeed in this role

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience.
