Job Description

Pecan Solutions Inc is hiring a Bi Lingual Sales Development Representative to support the NYC/Tri-State market from a remote location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to schedule qualified appointments for the Pecan POS sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, email campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Track appointment data and lead-conversion metrics.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with additional lead-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Highly organized with reliable follow-up and note-taking habits.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach including calls, messages, and follow-ups.

Position Summary

An early-funnel role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, CRM management, and booking high-quality appointments for Sales Representatives. The position is bilingual (English and Spanish) to support customers and route leads accurately in real time. This is a remote position supporting the NYC/Tri-State market, with preference for candidates who have strong knowledge of local geography and territory distinctions. Salary: $65,000 per year.

Compensation & KPI Structure

  • Base salary: $65,000 annually
  • Commission paid monthly with no cap
  • Commission Structure:
    • $25 per qualified appointment booked and completed (Demos)
    • $100 per merchant deal closed originating from their appointment
  • Expected Earnings: $65,000 annually, with high performers earning $75,000+ based on volume and close rates
