Job Description

BMW of Lenox in Lenox, MA is seeking an energetic Business Development Center Representative to respond to internet leads and calls, schedule sales appointments, and drive opportunities for BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to online inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and chat leads.
  • Nurture prospects using the dealership CRM system.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and logs of communications.
  • Place outbound calls to unclosed prospects, prior customers, and marketing campaign leads.
  • Aim to meet or exceed appointment-setting and customer-satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to deliver a smooth buyer journey.
  • Stay up to date on current BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen promotions and inventory.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of automotive call center experience.
  • Experience in BDC, call center, customer service, sales, or automotive roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of handling a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, email, and basic computer tools.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and solid work ethic.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation

  • $55,000–$75,000+ annually (base pay plus performance incentives), depending on experience and performance.
  • Pay: $27.69 - $33.34 per hour
  • Work Location: In person
