Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and declined services
Contact customers about recalls, recommended services, and special service campaigns

Support Service Advisors by ensuring appointments are properly scheduled

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and listening skills
Dependable with solid time management
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Automotive experience is helpful but not required
