Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls, internet leads, chat inquiries, and digital form submissions promptly and professionally
- Respond to leads within established response time standards (target: under 5 minutes for internet leads)
- Make outbound calls to unsold showroom traffic, orphan owner follow-up, and service-to-sales prospects
- Manage and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, ensuring all notes, dispositions, and follow-up tasks are current
- Conduct professional, needs-based conversations to qualify customers and schedule showroom appointments
- Set confirmed, quality appointments for the sales and service departments
- Execute structured follow-up sequences for unscheduled leads via phone, text, and email
- Confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance using a standardized confirmation process
- Re-engage lost, unsold, and aged leads through consistent outreach campaigns
- Conduct post-visit follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience and re-engage if needed
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including contact rate, appointment rate, show rate, and sold rate
- Adhere to all scripting, call guides, and BDC playbook standards
- Participate in daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and ongoing training sessions
- Complete all required daily CRM activity logs, call notes, and task completions
- Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to ensure seamless appointment-to-sale handoffs
