Middletown Nissan is hiring a Business Development Center Call Center Agent in Middletown, CT (onsite) to support the sales team by managing inbound calls and placing outbound calls that result in specific appointments. This role also serves as the communications link between customers and the dealership while helping handle increased customer traffic.

Role Overview

The BDC agent works to increase dealer sales traffic by responding to inbound sales calls and making outbound calls that generate solid, targeted appointments for the sales department. The position is an essential connection point for customer communication from initial contact through scheduling follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups with sales appointments.
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
Work in a high-volume team environment alongside other representatives.
Use a CRM tracking system daily and follow up with previous and existing customers.

Preferred Experience

At least one year of BDC experience in an automotive dealership.

Additional Experience Considered

Customer service, telemarketing, call center, hospitality, or sales experience.

$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
The right individual can exceed $60,000 a year in earnings.
