Job Description

Role focused on business development and channel sales for Gallagher Security in Southern California, building pipeline, engaging enterprise end users and partners, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new commercial opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Create and implement business development plans across targeted verticals in Southern California.
  • Generate end-user demand by cultivating relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, consultants, integrators, and influencers.
  • Lead customer presentations and collaborate on technical solutions to address business needs.
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market monitoring to shape account plans, channel opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast accuracy, and reporting to ensure territory visibility and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the security sector, with proven success in B2B business development and solution selling.
  • Experience creating opportunities across state and local government, education, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, or similar enterprise verticals.
  • Track record of building pipeline, opening new accounts, managing complex relationships, and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong channel management experience, including developing partner relationships and generating end-user pull-through.
  • Technical aptitude across physical and logical security solutions, with familiarity with cloud, identity, infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Excellent presentation, qualification, negotiation, closing, CRM, forecasting, and organizational skills.

Develop and implement growth strategies that support profitable development for Gallagher in North America.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Gallagher Security solutions, products, and services while nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise end users, channel partners, and key influencers. Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers, Technical Solution Specialists, and internal teams to create end-user demand, support technical conversations, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
