Job Description

Genpact offers a hybrid, New York based Business Development Executive 3 role with a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000. A Master’s degree is required. The position centers on generating annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings, with emphasis on strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and engagement with senior executives to win and grow client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Generate annual contract value by promoting Genpact's BPO, ITO, and consulting services.
  • Develop and articulate a strategic sales plan to meet assigned business development targets.
  • Close outsourcing deals with EVP and C level buyers.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline within the applicable vertical and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with account management and delivery teams to maintain a client-centric approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering thought leadership on current business issues and strategy to C level executives.
  • Leverage executive relationships to strengthen Genpact’s brand and market position within the vertical.
  • Represent Genpact at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and expand networks.
