Integrity EPC is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Upstream & Midstream Oil & Gas division based in Carlsbad, NM (hybrid).

Maintain ongoing contact with new prospects; coordinate introductions between staff and prospective clients
Act as the primary client point of contact when needed
Provide marketing principals with regular updates on client and prospect actions, schedules, and related activities
Supervise team members
Coordinate team efforts to support timely responses, submittals, presentations, and proposals
Support development and maintenance of marketing administrative systems and resources
Define goals, objectives, strategies, and budget needs for new business development
Serve as the client advocate through project completion to ensure proper team alignment
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor degree in engineering, science, or related field from an accredited program (required)
Minimum 5 years business development experience (10 years overall preferred in target markets)
Working knowledge of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) business (required)
Working knowledge of DOT PHMSA 192 and 195 requirements
Working knowledge of Mechanical Integrity Programs
Consulting environment experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
