Business Development - Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator - Liaison at Step One focuses on expanding referral networks, sustaining relationships with referrers, and serving as the conduit between referral sources and the clinical team to advance Step One's services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new referral sources and outreach opportunities that align with Step One's services.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing referral sources and affiliated organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between referral sources and the Step One clinical team to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Provide intakes and assessments for new clients at their community location or at an inpatient facility prior to discharge.
• Represent Step One at community events, conferences, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and foster connections.
• Deliver professional presentations to other organizations through in-services and address questions about Step One, its processes, programming, and eligibility.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials while managing inventory within the allocated budget.
• Maintain a strong social media presence for Step One by engaging the community and promoting services.
• Keep the Step One website current with accurate information about services, events, and other key details.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to stay aligned with programming updates and any changes affecting service delivery and capacity.

Requirements

• Strong marketing and sales skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and able to build relationships with ease.
• Knowledge of addiction and mental health counseling.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing.
• Clinical license or certification (CASAC, MSW, MHC, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
