Business Development Representative

North Star Behavioral Health is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to establish and sustain direct referral partnerships across designated markets, supporting the facility’s continuum of care. The role entails frequent travel throughout Alaska to engage communities and communicate the organization’s mission. This is an onsite position based in Anchorage.

• Salary: USD 27 - 27 per hour
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain contact with prospective referral sources
• Assess the needs of prospective and existing customers in the assigned target markets; build rapport through courteous and supportive interactions
• Apply the Customer Oriented Selling process in daily account management to address customer needs
• Gather information about evolving needs of referral sources and follow through on commitments
• Promptly respond to requests, complaints, and concerns from referral sources and provide necessary information in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Personal vehicle with a valid State of Alaska driver’s license
