Job Description
Business Development Specialist role in City of Industry, CA with an onsite focus on building contractor relationships and coordinating meetings with the Linq Kitchen design team.
Responsibilities
- Research builders and construction companies to identify qualified partners
- Visit active job sites to meet contractors in the field
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Schedule meetings for the design team based on outreach outcomes
- Use AI to organize meeting notes and generate daily summaries
- Track outreach activity in a CRM to maintain follow-up records
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to support onsite visits
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to complete independent computer research
- Spanish (Required)

Compensation
- USD 20–24 per hour
- $100 Bonus for every qualified meeting
