Job Description

Elite Professional Providers, LLC is building its next phase of growth across Illinois, with a focus on post-acute long-term care contracts. This Director of Business Development role serves as the primary driver of multi-state expansion, leading the Illinois market launch and helping scale multispecialty clinical solutions across SNF, ALF, and related care settings. The position is Chicago-based and designed for someone who can combine relationships, pipeline management, and team leadership to secure new facility partnerships.

Role Overview

In this Chicago/Illinois hybrid role, you will execute a high-growth strategy to establish the company’s brand presence in Chicago and throughout Illinois. You will be responsible for securing service contracts with facility administrators, executive directors, and regional owners, while also building the regional teams needed to support expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a high-growth strategy to establish the brand presence in Chicago and across Illinois, staying aligned with regional healthcare trends and competitor landscapes.
  • Use existing relationships and your “book of business” to build trust and close contracts with facility administrators, executive directors, and regional owners across the Illinois long-term care network.
  • Identify, interview, and hire clinical liaisons and regional support staff to support flawless operations as the territory expands.
  • Present the value of an integrated, all-in-one approach to patient care, with emphasis on improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiency for facilities.
  • Manage the full business development pipeline, including outreach, discovery meetings, contract negotiation, and facility onboarding.

What You Bring

  • Deep, established relationships with SNF and ALF leadership in Chicago and Illinois is highly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of successful business development experience specifically within the post-acute or long-term care sectors.
  • Proven recruitment and team management experience, including the ability to lead and scale a regional team.
  • A strong desire to advance into executive leadership at the VP level as the company expands its multi-state footprint.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 75% to support growth and facility relationships across the Chicago metropolitan area and Illinois territory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
