Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed territory sales targets to support overall company growth.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Lead contract development and negotiations to reinforce enduring partnerships.
• Forecast customer demand and provide reliable sales projections.
• Prepare and analyze booking reports, noting variances from forecasts and plans.
• Develop monthly Demand Plans to back the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Generate monthly business forecasts based on current and anticipated customer demand.
• Analyze customer bookings, market trends, and production capabilities to guide strategic decisions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of five years of sales experience, training, or a combination that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PCs and standard business software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for all business transactions.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements.
