Job Description

Immortelle Med is seeking a strategic Head of Business Development to expand its referral network in the Los Angeles area. The role centers on forging and managing relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, orthopedic and other surgical practices, as well as hospitals and luxury hospitality partners, including the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. This field-based position operates in close partnership with the Four Seasons to deliver in-residence recovery and premium private nursing services.

Responsibilities

  • New surgeon and practice acquisition: identify, engage, and convert plastic surgeons, dermatologists, orthopedic and other surgical practices across Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and greater Los Angeles into active referral partners for post-surgical recovery and private nursing care.
  • Hospital and facility outreach: establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, and discharge-planning teams to position Immortelle Med as the preferred private-pay home health and recovery provider.
  • Four Seasons and hospitality channel: grow referral flow for in-residence recovery and private nursing services delivered at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, and expand comparable hospitality and concierge channels.
  • Existing network stewardship: maintain, deepen, and reactivate the current referral base through regular in-person engagement, timely responsiveness, and a service standard that keeps Immortelle Med top of mind.
  • Pipeline and reporting: manage a structured outreach pipeline in CRM; track activity, conversions, and referral volume; report progress against growth targets to executive leadership.
  • Brand representation: serve as a polished, credible ambassador for Immortelle Med at practice visits, hospital meetings, and luxury and medical networking events.
  • Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with the clinical team and operations to ensure seamless handoffs, clear communication, and exceptional patient outcomes that drive repeat referrals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or physician/practice liaison experience in home health, concierge medicine, aesthetics or plastic surgery, post-acute care, or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven success building referral networks and achieving growth or volume targets, ideally with an existing book of relationships among Beverly Hills or West Hollywood surgical practices.
  • Fluency with private-pay and concierge models, and an understanding of how high-net-worth clients select premium care outside insurance billing channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal presence and communication skills, with the polish to represent a luxury healthcare brand to physicians and affluent clients.
  • Self-directed, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning an outbound pipeline; proficient with CRM and pipeline tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree; valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for in-person relationship building.

About the Role

Immortelle Med delivers Forbes Five-Star caliber home healthcare and private nursing to a discerning, private-pay clientele, anchored by a partnership with the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and our concierge post-surgical recovery services. The Director of Business Development oversees the growth of the referral pipeline, building and stewarding relationships with surgeons, surgical practices, hospitals, and hospitality partners that bring patients to Immortelle Med. This is a relationship-focused, externally facing role capable of navigating both the operating room environment in Beverly Hills and the white-glove setting of luxury hospitality, treating every referral source as a long-term partner.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives tied to referral volume and network growth

Pay

$74,383.88 - $89,580.59 per year

Candidate Background

  • Established relationships with Los Angeles area plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or surgical practice administrators
  • Experience bridging luxury hospitality and healthcare, or familiarity with hotel or residential concierge service models
  • Knowledge of post-surgical recovery, private-duty nursing, and the post-acute care landscape
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or clinical credential is a plus
