Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the full Outbound team, typically six to ten sales development representatives.
- Coach and advance the performance of regional SDRs.
- Serve as a top of funnel leader aligned to key business priorities.
- Utilize data to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with reps to refine objection handling and pitching of Rippling to secure demos with prospects.
- Inspire continuous learning and development to prepare reps for future sales roles.
- Own a defined function and translate business needs across the organization.
- Lead the process of hiring top SDR talent for the team.
- Demonstrate cross functional empathy and provide strategic and tactical feedback across departments.
- Consistently drive the business to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an SDR organization.
- 1+ years in SDR leadership.
- Proficiency with Outreach in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Salesloft in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Mixmax in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Salesforce in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with LI Sales Navigator in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Zoominfo in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Lusha in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with LeadIQ in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with SalesIntel in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Gong or Chorus in the SDR tech stack.
- Proficiency with Guru or Highspot in the SDR tech stack.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with multi product selling distribution.
- Experience building an outbound program or executing a multichannel outbound strategy tracked by input and output metrics.
- Strong ability to manage day to day while shaping broader business initiatives.
- Ability to hire, onboard, ramp and train remotely across multiple time zones.
- Deep understanding of scaling organizations in fast paced environments.
- Experience in change management.

About the Role
The position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule requiring presence in the office three days per week.
What You Will Do
- Act as a top of funnel leader capable of delivering on business needs.

- Compensation details include a base salary plus benefits and equity. The team operates with a 70/30 pay split, and final offers are location dependent. The stated salary range for US-based candidates is USD 160,000 to 180,000 per year. Commission is not guaranteed.
