Job Description
GoZupees is expanding its outbound sales program and seeks an energetic SDR/BDR to drive proactive lead generation across multiple channels. You will build a qualified pipeline, engage decision-makers, and collaborate with the leadership team to refine targeting and messaging for our AI solutions as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, Google, company websites, and other data sources.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, InMail, direct messages, and other appropriate channels.
- Personalize outreach based on the prospect’s company, role, industry, and likely business challenges.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage multiple outreach sequences.
- Track all activity accurately in our CRM and sales tools.
- Test different messaging angles, industries, and prospect segments.
- Book qualified meetings for the leadership/sales team.
- Help identify which markets, industries, and buyer personas respond best to GoZupees’ AI solutions.
- Report daily and weekly activity, including outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
- Work closely with the founder/leadership team to refine targeting, messaging, and sales strategy.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Comfort with repetitive outreach work while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to handle rejection and keep moving.
- A self-starter mindset with strong personal accountability.
- Interest in AI, technology, automation, SaaS, digital transformation, or business services.

Work Arrangement
- This role can be remote, but candidates in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, or broader Tri-State area are preferred.
- Remote work is possible for the right candidate, provided there is strong accountability, daily reporting, and consistent CRM activity.
