Job Description
The Outside Sales Manager will lead Stone Warehouse's Orlando sales team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients at our Orlando, Florida site.
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Manager for our stone distribution location in Orlando (32812). The role oversees the sales force, drives market expansion, and strengthens connections with current and new customers to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee existing customers to meet sales targets and objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and broaden market share
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide input on new products and services
- Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the stone or building materials sectors
- Experience leading a sales team and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required

Salary
Base salary starting at USD 50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission on sales.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
