Outside Sales Manager

Lightning OS is expanding its residential fiber internet sales efforts and needs an Outside Sales Manager to lead from the field. This is a hands-on role focused on growing a high-performing team while maintaining a strong personal sales pipeline.

Based in Katy, TX, the position is onsite with work performed on the road. You will recruit and develop reps, coach through real field activity, and help drive consistent results across the territory.

Role overview

You will recruit, train, and support a field sales team for residential fiber internet while continuing to produce personal sales. The role combines day-to-day leadership with direct selling, goal setting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard sales representatives
• Lead and motivate a field sales team
• Train and coach reps through ride-alongs and field support
• Set sales goals and monitor team performance
• Support reps in improving execution and consistently hitting targets
• Continue producing personal residential fiber sales
• Develop future leaders within the team
• Build and maintain a competitive, high-performance culture

Requirements

• 2+ years of door-to-door, direct, or field sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Leadership or sales management experience preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and recruiting skills
• Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable leading from the field
• Self-motivated and performance-driven

Compensation & earning opportunity

The pay range for this full-time position is $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year.
