Job Description
A senior regional sales leader responsible for developing and executing regional strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance teams for Oliveda’s waterless beauty brand across assigned territories from Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with global goals to sustain growth across markets and channels.
- Own regional revenue targets and forecasts, identify opportunities for new markets, partnerships, and additional revenue streams.
- Build and lead high-performance teams by recruiting, mentoring, and managing regional sales leaders and field staff, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to ensure long-term brand alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing, education, operations, and leadership to align sales initiatives with campaigns, product launches, and market needs.
- Direct regional sales execution for new product launches, promotions, and major brand initiatives to drive adoption and sell-through.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, sell-through, retention, and productivity; translate data into strategy and resource allocation decisions.
- Represent the brand as a senior ambassador, communicating Oliveda’s science, sustainability mission, and competitive advantages with credibility and passion.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales leadership, regional sales, or commercial management, with beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth and scaling regional teams.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multi-market or multi-state territories.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)
- Compensation: USD 140,000 - 190,000 per year, commensurate with experience
