Job Description

This onsite role leads a field-based advertising sales team across multiple markets in the North Metro Atlanta region, employing a hands-on, player-coach leadership style to grow regional revenue and cultivate sales talent. The position is based in Gainesville, GA.

Compensation

Salary: USD 75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives across multiple markets
  • Spend significant time in the field conducting joint sales calls and prospecting alongside your team
  • Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
  • Support the closing of high-value and strategic opportunities
  • Increase revenue through consultative, multi-product advertising solutions
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze CRM data and sales performance metrics to guide coaching and improve results
  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders and community partners
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, production, and creative teams to deliver exceptional client solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with demonstrated success growing revenue
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage both new business development and account growth
  • Experience using CRM platforms to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Additional Information

This role requires regular travel between multiple offices and client locations throughout the North Metro Atlanta area. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for community events and client meetings.
