Regional Sales Manager

This Regional Sales Manager role centers on investor financing solutions and business development, offering a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 450,000 per year, plus unlimited commission potential. You will prospect daily, cultivate investor and referral partner relationships, educate borrowers on DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, and other investment financing options, and guide deals from application to closing with solid operational support.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business opportunities daily through proactive outreach.
• Develop and nurture relationships with investors and referral partners.
• Explain DSCR concepts and investment financing options such as Fix & Flip and Bridge loans to borrowers.
• Structure financing solutions to align with client needs.
• Generate loan applications and drive qualification.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Coordinate with the operations team from application intake through closing.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, banking, mortgage, or real estate is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable networking and prospecting for new opportunities.
• Highly organized and self-disciplined.
• Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with social media is a plus.
