Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
RJC Tax Group is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to expand the Wellness Pro Employer Tax Advantage Program across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with medium and large employers.
- Present the Wellness Pro Employer Tax Advantage Program to business owners, executives, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver in-person and virtual sales presentations.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
- Develop relationships with strategic referral partners and community business leaders.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop a regional sales team.
- Train and mentor sales representatives on the program, sales process, and best practices.
- Run regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
- Set individual and team performance goals.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and KPI performance.
- Provide leadership, accountability, and motivation to team members.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the regional sales organization.
- Support representatives with complex opportunities and presentations.
- Review sales metrics and provide performance coaching.
- Ensure reps follow company procedures and compliance standards.
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and results-driven culture.
- Maintain professional relationships with business clients after the sale.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership and implementation teams to support successful onboarding.
- Prepare clients for implementation by confirming required information and documentation is collected.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and identify future growth opportunities.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and business relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Report regional performance and forecasting to corporate leadership.
- Attend required management meetings and training sessions.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience.
- Previous leadership or sales management experience.
- Strong recruiting and team-building abilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing goals, KPIs, and sales performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CRM software proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Performance-based compensation plan including personal sales commissions, recurring residual income on qualified accounts, leadership override commissions on managed sales representatives, and additional incentives based on regional growth and performance.
- Pay: $100,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year.
- Work location: Remote.
