Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Territory-focused leadership meets hands-on field coaching in an onsite role based in Manhattan, NY. サイネオス・ヘルス offers a competitive compensation package with base salary in the range of $175,000 to $185,000, plus eligibility for commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance. You will lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives and use analytics, market research, and KPI-driven execution to build and deliver regional business plans.
Responsibilities
- Interpret national and area sales strategies, then develop localized region-level business plans that leverage market opportunities and address competitive dynamics.
- Analyze market data, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover growth opportunities, adjust tactics proactively, and drive accountability across the region.
- Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives (CSRs) to educate targeted physicians and accounts in support of specific business goals.
- Direct CSRs across the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted business within the assigned geographic area.
- Engage and grow key accounts and customers by creating and executing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Spend consistent time in the field conducting live calls with CSRs, delivering real-time feedback to strengthen sales capabilities, clinical/scientific knowledge, and execution.
- Attract, coach, develop, and retain individuals who demonstrate strong selling skills, account management, and compliant customer engagement.
- Oversee and optimize the assigned territory by managing resource allocation, budget execution, and performance metrics to meet or exceed goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including FRMs, TLLs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs to align field initiatives and support seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while demonstrating integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience.
- 3+ years of first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
- Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience with team leadership and new product launch in a specialty disease area.
- Market access/reimbursement experience highly preferred.
- Ability to learn complex scientific information, apply technical proficiency, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated track record leading successful sales teams in competitive environments with a strong focus on initiative, accountability, and compliant actions.
- Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company-provided territory data for call planning and execution.
- Proficiency with CRM, AI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
