Regional Sales Manager – Construction Materials & Infrastructure

Manpower has a regional sales leadership opening for a Regional Sales Manager in Construction Materials and Infrastructure, working with a client that leads transportation infrastructure initiatives. This onsite role is based in Plattsburgh, NY, and focuses on developing strategic sales plans, maintaining key client relationships, and guiding the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, while partnering with marketing and building a high-performing sales team.

The role offers a salary range of USD 113,000 to 140,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package that supports ongoing professional development and relocation assistance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across the full product portfolio.
• Cultivate strategic client relationships and lead complex negotiations at the executive level.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts.
• Partner with marketing to shape market segmentation strategies and branding initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven success in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
