Regional Sales Manager

CNH Industrial is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for New Holland Construction, based onsite in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will help expand the customer base by bringing product expertise and market application guidance to end users through the dealer organization across an assigned US dealer network.

This position serves as a product application expert and technical resource, partnering closely with your New Holland team and dealer professionals to support commercial wholesale and retail operations.

Role overview

• Provide product expertise and market application to grow the customer base through the dealer organization across an assigned US dealer network
• Act as a product application expert and dealer technical resource focused on the New Holland Construction product offering
• Serve as a liaison between marketing, product management, and the dealer network

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary point of contact to dealers for New Holland CE wholesale and retail commercial operations
• Own region sales and market share objectives as a primary responsibility
• Act as a technical resource to dealer sales professionals and customers on New Holland Construction equipment
• Deliver product demonstrations and working applications, including identifying product limitations and non-traditional product usage
• Develop and train the dealer sales force on product performance and application, with a focus on new products
• Review and analyze competitive products and pricing details to manage the portfolio sales pipeline
• Review and analyze region inventories, market trends, and retail potentials within the region
• Assist dealers with inventory controls and management
• Serve as liaison between marketing, product management, and the dealer network

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within the construction equipment industry
• 1+ year of experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users
• Travel: 75%+
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree; in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, Associates Degree plus three additional years (as specified)

Compensation & pay transparency

• Annual salary range: USD 106,725 - 163,645 plus any applicable bonus
• Salaries vary based on skill, experience, and qualification
• For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range applies to the primary location; other location ranges are communicated prior to the first interview
